1666 K Street is located in the Central Business District at the densely populated intersection of Connecticut Avenue, 17th and K Streets NW. Farragut West and Farragut North Metro stations are less than one block away, and world-class hotels, restaurants, shops and services are close by. Amenities include McCormick and Schmick's, a full-service fitness facility, deli, two banks and The Protein Bar.

Built in 1972, the building was renovated in 2000. 288,000 square feet are spread out over 12 floors with the average floor size being 22,000 square feet. The building has an Energy Star certification, a walk score of 98 and a bike score of 86.
